During the off season there are things
we can do to make you a better athlete and lacrosse player.
Conditioning:
Starting Tuesday August 23rd and
continuing until fall break. After November practice we will be conditioning 3 days a week until spring practice not including holidays Every
Tuesday and Thursday (unless there
is no school) Weight Training and Agilities/Conditioning. Location Track and weight room
We will be able to have full practices from November 7th until november 17th this fall. Please if you are not playing a fall/winter sport to make it a priority to attend these practice sessions. We will be practicing in full pads from November 7th until November 17th. Times TBA
The best thing you can do in the off
season is work on your stick work. Wall Ball is one of the best drills
you can do to improve your stick work and all that you need is a ball, a
wall, your stick and gloves. Please download the wall ball drill
to use to start your routine.

workouts:
We are allowed to work on lacrosse
related skills with no contact with 2 players per day. We will be
working with players on Monday and Wed starting at 3:15pm on the girl's
soccer practice field. Goalies allowed full equipment
